Join AMTI at ACSM annual meeting in Boston (May 28 to 31)
The annual meeting of the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) is fast approaching and AMTI is excited to once again be sponsoring and exhibiting at the meeting, which will run from Tuesday, May 28th to Friday, May 31st.
This annual event brings together people from all disciplines of sports medicine to network, share information, and visit the exhibit hall to learn about available products and services. The exhibit hall will run Wednesday starting at 1:30p ET through Friday ending at 2p ET.
AMTI is proud to say that we’ve been an exhibitor at ACSM events for 40 years — how time flies!
This year, ACSM will be held in Boston at the John B. Hynes Convention Center, a modern and architecturally stunning facility conveniently located in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood, with excellent access to hotels, transportation, and the many charms of Boston’s downtown.
AMTI will have a lot going on at ACSM 2024, including a large 10′ x 20′ exhibit at booth location # 806 in Exhibit Hall D. Here, we’ll have a live setup of our instrumented force plates that will be integrated with several different software providers. If you’d like to see our force plates integrated at the state-of-the-art New Balance Sports Research Lab, there will be limited tours available for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look. Be sure to secure your spot at the event link so you can see in-person what our force plates can do for you!
AMTI will be sponsoring and attending the annual Special Interest Group meeting devoted to Biomechanics (a.k.a. “BIG” (Biomechanics Interest Group)). The BIG meeting will be taking place on Thursday, May 30 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. Please check the ACSM Annual Meeting app for room location.
We’ll also be hosting a fun AMTI Social Night with drinks and food, on Thursday, May 30 immediately following the BIG meeting. This event will be hosted at the Back Bay Social Club — a renowned neighborhood pub situated just a few steps from the convention center.
And last but CERTAINLY not least, AMTI will be hosting a special prize giveaway during the event. Be sure to swing by our AMTI booth # 806 to enter your name for a chance to win TWO TICKETS to see the Boston Red Sox play at Fenway Park either on Thursday, May 30 @ 7:10p ET or Friday, May 31 @ 7:10p ET. The winners will be selected and announced at 12:00 noon ET on Thursday and Friday.
